Full Moon in Virgo & Spring Equinox: Breathwork & Creative Arts Journey

Join us for a day of community, connection, and co-regulation.

We will be settling into Virgo qualities of patience and pragmatism with the Moon in Virgo, whilst the Sun in Aries brings dynamic, impulsive, energetic and adventurous energy! Emphasised by the rebirthing qualities of the Spring Equinox/Ostara, this is not one to be missed.

This extended session will include ceremonial intention setting, activation and meditation, group breathwork using a specific breathing pattern to meet the wisdom of the body, followed by a held and guided creative arts journey for which all materials will be provided.

Reclaiming, reframing, and rewilding our bodies and minds starts with the breath - the breath is the mycelium that connects all beings, just as the fascia connects the physical body: human and non-human, micro and macro, including the Earth and the Sky themselves. The connection to the breath is the connection to the tiniest atom, as well as to the entire cosmos.
