Nervous System Masterclass

Learn about how breath and body can regulate the nervous system for optimum holistic health benefits.

We will be exploring tools for identifying somatic states, as well using different breathing techniques to move toward greater attunement, balance, and agency.

Practising breath and body work has been scientifically proven to improve and facilitate both physical and emotional health and healing.

Previous participants report leaving with an increased understanding of the skills and knowledge to take better care of themselves, and others.

Whilst there are contraindications for this work, modifications are available assuring accessibility for all.
