Inner Child Awakening
A 6-week guided somatic experience to discover
and embrace parts left behind
Starting Tuesday 29th April, 2025 (Bristol, UK)

What if the patterns from your past aren’t limiting beliefs to be released or healed, but are echoes of a younger self still waiting to be seen?
Reconnect with hidden parts, understand deep-seated patterns, and create lasting change through the body using guided breathwork, reflective practice, & compassionate inquiry.

We Will Explore…
Creating Safety
Grounding in nervous system regulation and self-compassion to build trust
Understanding Parts
Who they are, how they show up in your life, and why they’re important in your current life
Recognising Patterns
The survival strategies, holding in the body, and inherited narratives that shape your reality
Reparenting
Developing a relationship with your inner parts rooted in care, appreciation, and presence

By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll have a growing connection to parts within - one based on presence & care instead of guilt or shame.
You Will Receive…
Practical, personalised tools for building and nurturing relationships
A humanistic, ecological, and relational approach to inner child and parts work
